• All three interviewees must be available during the same 90-minute filming block

• Each interview will be approximately 20 minutes

• Interviewees may arrive together or stagger their arrival within the 90-minute window, based on your preference

We will be talking with participants about the role your organization plays in the community and the impact it creates. The interview itself is intentionally conversational rather than structured, so there are no specific questions to prepare for or memorize.

The most helpful preparation is simply reflection. We encourage participants to take a little time beforehand to think about why the organization exists, who it serves, and how it shows up in the community. Personal experiences, moments of pride, challenges that shaped the work, and examples of meaningful connection are especially valuable.

There is no need to rehearse answers or worry about saying the “right” thing. Our goal is to create a relaxed environment where people can speak in their own words. We will guide the conversation gently, listen closely, and follow what feels genuine in the moment.
